My journey into YouTube wasn't something I planned, it started with a conversation in a Discord server. Josh from The Den of Nerds mentioned he was looking for a video editor, and after seeing the editing experiments I'd been creating for my own content, he decided to give me a shot. That opportunity has grown into more than a year and a half of editing videos for one of YouTube's largest entertainment and pop culture channels, helping produce content for a massive audience.
Outside of my professional editing work, I also run my own YouTube channel, Set Go Studios, where I write, edit, design, and produce videos from start to finish. I started the channel to better understand the YouTube ecosystem, from backend tools and SEO to analytics, audience retention, and content strategy. While it hasn't become a massive success, it has been an invaluable learning experience and a fun creative outlet that continues to help me grow as an editor.
